- Support and management of the commercial rental conditions of our fitness locations
- Preparation and management of addenda, extensions, options and further contractual adjustments
Main responsibilities
- Support and management of the commercial rental conditions of our fitness locations
- Preparation and management of addenda, extensions, options and further contractual adjustments
- First contact person for landlords and subtenants for contractual and management-related issues
- Monitoring of deadlines, terminations and lease obligations
- Support for contractual issues and clarifications in connection with conversions, renovations, land adjustments, dismantling obligations and landlord approvals
- Maintenance and updating of lease contract, cost and master data
- Support in matters of rental law as well as coordination of external investigations
- Verification of heating and ancillary cost accounts
- Preparation of contract and location information for expansion, construction and management
- Close cooperation with expansion, construction, facility management, operations and finance Requirements
