3 years of professional experience: in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the food industry, FMCG or industrial manufacturing.
Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): technical or mechanical vocational training.

You optimize technical and organizational production processes and sustainably increase system performance, quality and efficiency.
You reduce rejects, losses and downtimes and develop practical solutions for stable operations.
You lead and coordinate problem solving in the event of system malfunctions and work closely with production, technology and external partners.
You lead CIP projects from A to Z along the PDCA cycle and effectively implement lean topics in production.
You train employees, create work instructions and support initial production, operational tests and technical optimization of the systems.
