In this function, you are in daily telephone contact with our customers and bring our products to the customers.

Main responsibilities

  • Telephone sales and advice of liquid fuels, tank audits, boiler decalcifications and pellets
  • Active support and acquisition of private and business customers (outbound telephone calls)
  • Recording of customer orders and maintenance of customer master data in the SAP operating system Processing and post-processing of orders
  • Creation and post-processing of offers as well as general direct mail actions
  • Instructional verification of the creditworthiness of customers
  • Place of work Adliswil combined with 1 day home office per week

Key requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience: Experience in telephone sales in in-house service as well as in sales-oriented activities with direct customer contact Sales, service or KV
  • Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): German (certain of negotiation): Pronounced communication and sales flair
  • Power of persuasion as well as negotiating skills in dealing with customers
