- You are fully responsible for managing a portfolio of majority residential properties
- You develop and control the annual budget incl.
Main responsibilities
- You are fully responsible for managing a portfolio of majority residential properties
- You develop and control the annual budget incl.
- Forecasts and controls and contracts creditors
- You lead and train your subordinate employees (including goal agreement and control of goal achievement)
- You look after and advise tenants and owners and control the facility managers
- You are responsible for ensuring, executing and accompaniing maintenance as well as for periodic condition assessments including reporting
- You make lease contract changes, rental interest changes, and indexed rental interest adjustments
- You monitor the current rental policy and advise homeowners when determining rental rates Requirements
- You have an oath.
- Real estate management or adequate training in the real estate sector
