- Knowledge of standards EN 9100, AQAP 2110, MIL-STD, STANAG Experience with CAQ, ERP, and PLM systems
- Proficient German and English language skills (spoken and written)
- Security clearance Ü1/Ü2 or willingness to obtain

- Completed technical training with further training as a technician (m/f/d) or completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, aerospace engineering or comparable
- Several years of experience in test planning in an industrial environment, ideally in the defense, aviation or high-tech industries
- Knowledge of creating test plans and test programs for mechanical, electrical and electronic components
- Confident handling of technical drawings, tolerances and measuring systems (3D measurement technology is an advantage)
- Knowledge of relevant standards: EN 9100, AQAP 2110, MIL-STD, STANAG
- Experience working with CAQ, ERP and PLM systems
- Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
