Im Co-Lead des Global R&D Fresh Innovation Programms förderst den internationalen Wissens- und Erfahrungsaustausch zwischen den R&D-Teams unserer Tochtergesellschaften.
Dazu organisierst du Fachmeetings sowie Best-Practice-Austausche – virtuell und vor Ort.
Als fachliche Ansprechperson berätst und unterstützt du die R&D-Teams unserer Tochtergesellschaften bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte, der Einführung neuer Technologien sowie der Optimierung bestehender Rezepturen und Herstellverfahren hinsichtlich Qualität, Funktionalität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Effizienz.

- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Durchsetzungsvermögen helfen dir, verschiedenste Stakeholder erfolgreich zusammenzubringen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind für diese Rolle essenziell. Französisch- oder Spanischkenntnisse unterstützen dich dabei, den internationalen Austausch noch wirkungsvoller zu gestalten.
