- Deburring implants according to applicable work instructions and quality specifications
- For the benefit of the patient, Medartis is committed to providing surgeons and surgical staff with the most innovative titanium implants and instruments and providing the best service.
Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities in the main area of plate production:
- Deburring implants according to applicable work instructions and quality specifications
- Operating systems and setting up smaller process systems for producing implants according to specification documents
- Complete production documentation according to valid proof documents
- Optical and dimensional controls on implants incl. Documentation of results
- Operation and support of peripherals within the value chain
- Ensuring order, cleanliness and maintenance of facilities and work area
- Active participation in CIP and 6S measures
- Immediate reporting of product, process or quality deviations to the supervisor Flexible support in other areas:
- Flexible support in other areas such as packaging and labeling, quality inspection, storage, etc., depending on current needs and operational priorities
