• Planning and carrying out nursing activities and caregiver work
• Case management and advice for patients with a social psychiatric focus
• Planning and implementing group therapies
• Taking over triage coordination Your profile
• Completed training as a HF nurse
• Experience in caregiver care
• Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient psychiatry
• Communicative, flexible and open personality with an independent way of working and the ability to work across departments and in a network. Advantages
