- Leading a care team of 30 people with the support of a group leadership
- Targeted focus on station management and development tasks - no direct maintenance
- Planning and control of efficient processes
- Dual management of the interprofessional treatment team (superior physician)
- Development and implementation of team development strategies
- Regularly conduct team meetings
- Promoting interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors and therapists
- Participation in projects
- Networking to the outside (cooperation with long-term institutions, relatives and so on)
Your profile
- Completed nursing training (HF/FH, PsyKP, AKP, DN ll)
- At least 4 years of professional experience
- Solid leader with several years of leadership experience, ideally in a similar environment
- High commitment and great commitment to our patients and employees
- Excellent communication skills and high empathy
