In the field of outpatient care, the Spitex conference is committed to the professional development, quality assurance and networking of Spitex organisations.
As of 1 January 2027, we create a new department for Spitex development and are looking for a structured and initiative personality.

- Expert advice and support of member organisations in matters relevant to care and quality
- support in the implementation of quality targets and development topics
- Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) with experience in Spitex
- Modern employment conditions with flexible working hours
Main responsibilities
- Expert advice and support of member organisations in matters relevant to care and quality
- support in the implementation of quality targets and development topics
- development of tools, guidelines and sample concepts as well as support in their implementation in practice
- initiation and management of projects, processing and coordination of common development topics
- management of working groups and exchange of experiences
- implementation of training courses, workshops and webinars
- promotion of knowledge transfer and best-practices between the organisations
- network work and representation of topics of care compared to relevant stakeholders
Key requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) with experience in Spitex
