- You accompany patients along the treatment path from acute care to rehabilitation

- You recognize development potential and initiate improvements in the quality of care Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) or equivalent qualification with emphasis on Advanced Nursing Practice
- Sound clinical experience in a complex acute, rehabilitation or special care area
- Broad nursing interest as well as the willingness to further develop expertise in various clinical focus areas
- Strong clinical judgment and enjoyment of clinical reasoning
