- You mainly treat patients with speech, speech and communication disorders (aphasias, dysarthria and dysphagia), but also facial palsies, dysphonias and tracheal cannula management belong in your area of responsibility.
- Diagnosis and therapy of neurogenic speech, speech and swallowing disorders are part of your everyday life
Main responsibilities
- You mainly treat patients with speech, speech and communication disorders (aphasias, dysarthria and dysphagia), but also facial palsies, dysphonias and tracheal cannula management belong in your area of responsibility.
- Diagnosis and therapy of neurogenic speech, speech and swallowing disorders are part of your everyday life
- If necessary, take care of patients with dysphagia in ENT tumors
- You take over the cannula management in cooperation with the interdisciplinary team
- The implementation of individual and group therapies you take on independently Requirements
- You have completed training as a speech-apedist/logopaedist with EDK recognition or are willing to obtain it
- Dealing with complex questions in an interdisciplinary environment gives you pleasure
- Teamwork, commitment and initiative distinguish you
- Ideally, you already have experience in neurological rehabilitation and in the treatment of patients with dysphagia and tracheal cannulas.
