Department of Services
- Processing in the field of inheritance proceedings / Divisional Office
- Inheritance tax assessment
- Funeral services
- Support in the desk and telephone service of the two departments
Company division
- Checking and assigning cost language
- Checking and releasing residual cost accounts
- Check, hold and release of care vouchers and grants
- Cooperation in the organisation of events and projects
- Administrative support for the two departments
Your profile
- Completed commercial education or training, beneficial with experience in a public administration or in a similar field of activity
- Experience in succession law or in the handling of Lucerne estate cases or willingness to acquire the relevant knowledge
- Very good oral and written language
- Good IT user knowledge (specialist application CMI and MS Office)
- Enjoying contact with the population and various stakeholders
- Resilience in demanding situations as well as independent and reliable working methods
