Payroll Specialist 80-100% — Concara (Domicil & Spitex Bern)

Role overview

Tasks: Together with the HR Services team (4 employees), you ensure correct wage processing for around 2,200 employees.

You independently carry out the monthly payment and accounting runs, including controls and mutations.

You are jointly responsible for the comprehensive handling of issues relating to wages and handle social security cases.

You advise employees and managers on questions relating to payroll accounting and time management.

You will also be actively involved in system maintenance and the further development of payroll and time management processes.

Our aim is to harmonize the wage systems and employment conditions (including pension fund) of Domicil and Spitex.

Requirements

• You are an experienced HR/payroll specialist and enjoy tasks in HR administration
• You impress with your high level of service orientation
• A reliable, precise and independent way of working is a given for you
• High ability to work in a team and flexibility
