Main responsibilities

- You collect tickets, update requests and develop basics for specialists
- Your team is the central and first contact point for internal and external inquiries, tickets and faults.
- Within the team you are responsible for the support of the departments of electrical and building technology, as well as room equipment and structural maintenance.
- In addition, you support the specialist departments and specialists in a wide range of administrative activities
- You organize, coordinate and supervise external service technicians, craftsmen and service providers
- Your diverse field of activity also includes the monitoring of infrastructure systems and energy supply systems.
