Pension Fund Suva is a company-owned pension fund based in Lucerne. We look after around 4,500 actively insured persons and 2,400 pensioners. As a result of retirement, we are looking for a committed and responsible person to complete our team of 5 people. What you do
- You independently handle all business cases – from entry to exit.
- You handle benefits cases in old age, disability and death professionally and expertly.
- You make sure that the monthly pay interface and the pension run are processed on time.
- You contribute to the annual work and support the management in projects, process optimizations and questions about compliance and governance.
- You share your expertise in presentations and retirement seminars and advise policyholders and other stakeholders competently and understandably. What you bring
- You have a basic commercial education with further training in occupational pension schemes, for example as a specialist for staff provision with a federal professional certificate or as a dipl. Pension fund manager:
- You are familiar with the service case processing of a pension fund from practice and bring in-depth expertise, especially in disability cases.
- You have experience with digitalization projects and compliance issues.
- You think networked, work structured and like to take responsibility. At the same time, you are actively involved in the team.
- You are confident with the MS Office applications and ideally have experience with specialist applications for pension funds.
- You have stylish knowledge of German. Good knowledge of French and Italian is an advantage.
