Tasks: • Together with your team, you contribute to an optimal schedule of consultation hours and take on a variety of tasks in the surgery secretariat. • They receive our patients in a friendly and competent manner and advise them personally and by telephone. • Her varied area of responsibility includes the planning and coordination of patient appointments, also in the fields of spinal, hand and plastic surgery. • As a reliable contact person, you will support internal and external bodies, referees and patients competently and empathetically.
