Main responsibilities
- Together with your team, you take responsibility for a smooth course of speaking hours at the dermatological clinic
- They serve the reception as well as the telephone center, coordinate speaking time appointments and take over versatile administrative tasks
- In addition, you accompany the patients during their stay and support dermatological speaking time (e.g. in case of blood withdrawals, injections, associations, light therapies and assistance in minor interventions).
- A close and constructive cooperation with the competent secretariats, outpatients, case managers, dermatologists and domestic doctors is of course for you. Requirements:
- They have completed training as a medical/practice assistant or specialist health and ideally bring experience in the outpatient field with
- They like to work in a motivated, interdisciplinary and interprofessional environment and appreciate cooperation in a competent and value-adding team
- The respectful and sensitive handling of patients is obvious to you
