- In this position, you are responsible for the recording process of elective patients at the switch of the surgical day clinic as well as in the holding area of the Frauenklinik
- They coordinate and organize patient entry, take over administrative tasks and ensure efficient planning and correspondence in the EPIC operating system

Main responsibilities
- In this position, you are responsible for the recording process of elective patients at the switch of the surgical day clinic as well as in the holding area of the Frauenklinik
- They coordinate and organize patient entry, take over administrative tasks and ensure efficient planning and correspondence in the EPIC operating system
- They prioritize your tasks independently, react flexibly to unforeseen situations and actively contribute to the optimization of work

- For this position we require a completed medical training and professional experience in the medical environment
- They are familiar with the medical terminology and procedures in a hospital and have good PC skills;
- Experiences with the EPIC system are advantageous
