Main responsibilities
- Deputy management and assumption of overall responsibility in their absence
- Co-responsibility for the organisational, professional, financial and human management of the market
- Leadership and support of department managers and around 40 employees
- Ensuring a high willingness to sell and smooth day-to-day business
- Ensuring active customer support and attractive product presentation
- Ensuring a high level of freshness and quality performance in the market
- Implementation of efficient operations and compliance with processes and policies
- Bringing entrepreneurial thinking, leadership and customer orientation to the sustainable success of the market Requirements
- Basic training in the retail trade or gastronomy with further training in the trade (minimum retail specialists) or hotel school
- Experience in a comparable function in trade or gastronomy
Key requirements

- Konzeptionell, planerisch und vernetztes Denken
- Idealerweise in der Region wohnhaft und verankert
