- Mitarbeit in Entwicklungsprojekten ab spätestens Meilenstein M2, um produktionstechnische Aspekte zu vertreten
- Planung und Durchführung von Produktions-Line-Validierungen (PLV) sowie Erstellung von Produktionsflowcharts, FMEA und Montageanleitungen
Main responsibilities
- Mitarbeit in Entwicklungsprojekten ab spätestens Meilenstein M2, um produktionstechnische Aspekte zu vertreten
- Planung und Durchführung von Produktions-Line-Validierungen (PLV) sowie Erstellung von Produktionsflowcharts, FMEA und Montageanleitungen
- Konstruktion, Erstellung und Beschaffung von Montage- und Produktionshilfsmitteln sowie Einrichtung von Montagearbeitsplätzen
- Schulung interner und externer Produktionsmitarbeiter in produktionstechnischen Belangen
- Abwicklung und Dokumentation von Änderungen an zugeteilten Produkten, inkl. Fehler- und Ursachenanalyse
- Unterstützung der Einkaufsgruppe bei technischen Fragen und Evaluation neuer Lieferanten Dein Profil
