- Planning, declaration, ordering and cancellation of additional tours and organization of empty goods orders
- Coordination of chauffeurs and coordination with internal and external interfaces
- Communication with transport service providers including troubleshooting in the event of transport and shipping deviations
- Moving bridges on the premises of the company by means of special vehicles as well as loading and unloading them
- Provision of shipments and empty goods for the corresponding tours and destination areas
- Support in the operational dispatch area and cooperation in the rotation in the event of appropriate utilization
- Ensuring quality, order, cleanliness and safety at work as well as coordination of the Dispatcher Light if necessary
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in logistics, ramp and/or transport coordination or a comparable environment
- German language skills at level B1 or higher
- Category B driving licence and readiness for internal training on special vehicles
