- Du unterstützt dein Team bei komplexen technischen Fragestellungen und Eskalationen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
- Du kommunizierst adressatengerecht auf allen Hierarchiestufen und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil)
- Darüber hinaus leistet das UPZ einen wichtigen Beitrag in den Bereichen Lehre, Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie Forschung.
