You lead and develop your team in an appreciative manner and promote open, constructive collaboration.

You ensure the efficient implementation, maintenance and operation of the network infrastructure in network levels 5-7.

You coordinate network construction projects together with internal departments, project managers and external partners.

You ensure reliable resource and deployment planning as well as high availability of the network infrastructure.

You actively promote improvements and digitalization topics and further develop processes together with your team.

You ensure compliance with legal safety requirements

Ideally, you have training as a master network electrician or comparable further training or are willing to complete it.

You have experience in implementing network construction projects and managing employees.

You work in a solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.

You promote collaboration, communicate in an appropriate manner and approach different stakeholders in an appreciative manner.

Ideally, you have experience in operating network levels 5-7 as well as with digital tools and process optimization.

You have good written and spoken German skills and can work confidently with Office applications and ideally SAP.
