You continue to develop safety standards, develop our emergency organisation and shape the CSS safety culture – with a noticeable impact on our everyday life. This is what your everyday life looks like

• At the heart of it: You lead the Safety & Security team professionally and in terms of personnel and control the areas of occupational safety and health protection, physical safety and emergency management.
• In the crisis unit, you are part of the core staff, ensure the operational readiness of the emergency organization and a professional initial intervention in security-related events.
• In everyday life, you control the recording, processing, documentation and tracking of security-relevant events and derive effective measures from this.
• With targeted training, awareness-raising measures and sound advice, you strengthen the security awareness of our employees and managers at all hierarchical levels.
• At the same time, you will observe regulatory developments, transfer new requirements into operational operations and use cross-location audits to check the effectiveness and compliance with our security measures.
• Through active stakeholder management, you work closely with risk management and ensure clear access authorization processes at all our locations.

You bring that with you

• First things first: You have a federal certificate as a specialist for occupational safety and health protection (ASGS) or a comparable qualification as well as a certified training as a safety officer / fire protection (SIBE).
• With at least five years of professional experience in Safety & Security, you have developed and successfully implemented security, emergency and threat management concepts.
• When dealing with access control, burglary and fire alarm systems, you work safely and build and operate an effective emergency organization.
• In the management of a team, you have already gained experience and move safely and confidently in exchange with management bodies, authorities and internal and external stakeholders.
• Under pressure, you act in a structured, independent and responsible manner and convince with assertiveness, diplomatic skills and a strong sense of sensitive situations.
• In German you express yourself stylishly
• Knowledge of French is a plus. Good MS-Office knowledge, an impeccable reputation and the willingness to work at our headquarters in Lucerne at least three days a week round off your profile.
