Due to the internal development of the current position holder, this exciting position as head of the electrical office in Horw will be filled. The role offers creative leeway and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas.

You can design it.

• You lead a dedicated team of around 20 employees including learners and promote sustainable growth with vision, team spirit and technical competence.
• You win new orders, personally manage your customers and plan and realize electrical installations.
• You promote your team in professional, methodological and social terms and accompany the training of learners with commitment and as a role model.
• You will monitor business results and project processes and, if necessary, initiate targeted and effective measures.
• You keep your knowledge in future-oriented areas such as e-mobility and photovoltaics continuously up-to-date by participating in internal training courses.
• You use your regional network, recognize market potential and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of the business.

• You have completed basic training in the field of electrical installation with EFZ and bring the master examination - or are on your way there.
• You will bring in-depth experience with high- and low-current installations as well as solid knowledge of standards and regulations.
• You are a motivating personality, take responsibility and pass on your know-how.
• You foster a healthy team culture, be mindful of your resources and support others.
• You are anchored in the region and like to engage yourself beyond the professional.
