Their tasks

• Professional and human leadership of the psychological team of the Consiliary and Liaison Psychiatric Service
• Responsibility for the further development of psychological and psychosomatic care at the Children's Hospital Central Switzerland
• Conduct of consiliar psychiatric investigations, crisis interventions as well as psychological diagnosis and treatment
• Psychotherapeutic support of children, adolescents and their families for psychosomatic, chronic and acute diseases (including eating disorders, functional disorders, chronic pain, mental crises)
• Supervision, professional support and promotion of psychologists in further education and employees in training
• Close interprofessional cooperation with paediatric clinics, care, therapy services and child and adolescent psychiatry
• Collaboration in the development of clinical standards, treatment guidelines and quality projects
• Engagement in teaching, further education as well as scientific projects and innovations are desired

Your profile

• Completed psychology studies with federally recognized further education in psychotherapy
• Several years of clinical experience in child and adolescent psychiatry, pediatric psychology or consultant and liaison psychiatry
• Sound knowledge in the diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic diseases in childhood and adolescence
• Leadership experience or proven interest in a leadership function
• High social and communication skills and enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
• Resilient, reflective and inclusive personality with a high willingness to take responsibility
• Interest in the further development of innovative care models as well as in teaching and research
