Their tasks

• Personnel and professional management of an outpatient child and adolescent psychological team with about nine employees
• Close cooperation with a second psychological team, its senior psychologist and the responsible senior physician at the site
• Own psychodiagnostic and psychotherapeutic activity with children, adolescents and their families
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with the outpatient services of adult psychiatry as well as with assignments and other important network partners
• Participation in the further development and expansion of specialized consultation hours as well as the possibility to contribute your own technical focuses

Your profile

• Completed psychology studies and federally recognized further education in psychotherapy
• Multiple years of clinical experience in child and adolescent psychiatry
• Leadership experience or demonstrated interest in taking on a leadership role
• Strong social and communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
• Resilient, reflective and team-oriented personality with a high willingness to take responsibility
