These tasks excite you
- You assume management responsibility for an analytical laboratory with 11 employees
- You plan and coordinate customer orders for the analytical testing of pharmaceutical active ingredients and finished products as well as raw materials and packaging materials using titrimetric, spectroscopic, wet-chemical and galenical methods, review the results and release them
- You independently prepare plans and reports for method transfers, verifications and validations in German and English and handle technical communication with our customers
- You are responsible for the correct and timely processing of orders in your laboratory while complying with GMP quality requirements
- You identify and implement analytical innovations in your area and support the provision of technical advice to our customers support the provision of technical advice to our customers
This is the profile we are looking for
- Completed degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in chemistry or food chemistry
- Proven professional experience in chemical or pharmaceutical analysis / quality control, ideally in a GMP environment
- Sound knowledge of the development and validation of analytical methods as well as the application and verification of pharmacopoeial methods
- Management experience in a similar position
- Aptitude for instrumental analysis
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- High motivation and enthusiasm for engaging analytical questions
