Role overview

The Deli Factory, the innovative food competence center of the Migros Zurich cooperative, produces needs-based ranges and modular products for the Migros Group.

Main responsibilities

  • You prepare menu components and special products according to the recipe and professionally using the cook-and-chill process
  • You monitor production processes, production quantities and product quality and consistently comply with QS/QM guidelines
  • You are actively involved in the optimization of recipes and cooking processes
  • You reliably carry out daily and periodic cleaning work
  • You lead, promote and develop production employees together with production management
  • You support minimization measures of food waste and implements this in everyday life
  • You work in the HACCP team and contribute to compliance with hygiene standards Requisiti
  • At least 3 years of professional experience: experience in large companies is an advantage
  • Completed basic or further training: as a cook and further training as a chef/chef EFA
  • Head chef/production manager or in the field of food technology

Key requirements

  • You have completed training as a Swiss diploma.
