- Participation in the procurement process/master data management, especially item and supplier opening, price mutations, logistics routes and delivery conditions
Main responsibilities

- Preparation of evaluations and statistics for decision-making
- Planning of meetings and events and their preparation including creation of presentations
- Monitoring and maintaining data quality Requisiti
- First professional experience: in procurement/purchasing, an advantage in the catering and/or retail industry
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): commercial training, preferably in the area of food purchasing, catering and/or retail
- Very good MS Office and SAP knowledge combined with a high affinity for IT systems
- Confident dealing with various stakeholders, as well as good oral and written expression skills
- Flexible, service-oriented and resilient personality with an independent, careful way of working German (fluent)
