You can move that
- Take over the key user function for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
- Answering user requests in 1st-level support
- Schools of new employees as well as carrying out recurrent training if required
- Test new releases and system functions
- Creating and maintaining training documentation
- Working in projects, optimizing business processes and promoting business innovation as well as acting as a central point of contact for 2nd-level support, in particular SAP CC
You bring that with you
- Technical or business education, further training as process specialist or comparable qualification
- Experience in SAP SD and PS, knowledge of further modules desired
- Very good MS Office knowledge and high IT affinity
- Very good German and good English skills in word and writing
- Communicative, entrepreneurial personality with independent, cooperative and responsible working methods
- Enjoyment in the training and promotion of employees as well as appropriate skill
