Role overview

You ensure that culinary concepts not only inspire but are also implemented smoothly – as a Junior Head Chef, you will cook for catering services in the Lucerne region and manage the kitchen for events at the Viscose Eventhalle.

Main responsibilities

  • Creating and calculating menus – tailored to the needs and wishes of our customers and to local feasibility Orders and inventory management
  • Production management: planning, guidance, and ensuring our high quality
  • Kitchen management at events: operational leadership of the kitchen team on-site
  • Ensuring economic and operational efficiency Requirements Professional experience in gastronomy
  • Completed basic or advanced training as a chef
