• Ensuring smooth operation of our production facilities through maintenance, repair and maintenance work
• Analysis of disruptions and implementation of sustainable and effective solutions
• Cooperation in the commissioning of new plants and machinery
• Support in the optimization of existing plants and active participation in the design of improvements
• Coordination of external service technicians as well as cooperation with suppliers and specialists

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience: ideally in company maintenance
• Completed initial or further training: as a mechanic, car, agricultural machinery, poly or plant mechanic
• Enjoying technology as well as troubleshooting and sustainable problem solving
• Readiness for shift, piquet and weekend services in 7-day operation
• High operational readiness and physical strength
• Independent, reliable and careful working methods
• Team spirit, responsibility and a solution-oriented mindset
• German (very good knowledge)

Recruitment process

• Test work: A trial day or half day gives the opportunity to get to know the future working environment and the team members better. And vice versa, it gives us a chance to assess how well someone fits into the team. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
• Getting to know the team: Whether someone fits into the team is an important factor for employees and employers when deciding for or against employment. In a casual framework, we therefore give the opportunity for everyone to get to know each other.
• Final discussion before issuing the contract: Before the contract is issued, we hold a final discussion in order to clarify open questions of both sides and to regulate contractual details. If all points are clarified, the written offer follows. Duration to feedback: Up to one week

Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Grund- oder Weiterbildung: als Mechaniker, Auto-,Landmaschinen-,Poly-, oder Anlagenmechaniker

• Freude an Technik sowie an der Fehlersuche und nachhaltigen Problemlösung

• Bereitschaft für Schicht-, Pikett- und Wochenenddienste im 7-Tage-Betrieb

• Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und körperliche Belastbarkeit

• Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

• Teamgeist, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise

• Deutsch (sehr gute Kenntnisse)
