Application process
- The Position Department In our Regional Customer Support Center (RCSC), we support customers from diagnostic laboratories and hospitals in several European countries with technical, application, and IT-related questions regarding Roche in-vitro diagnostic systems.
- In this role, your focus is at the interface of molecular diagnostics, laboratory processes, and IT systems.
- You will provide support particularly on topics such as LIS connection, connectivity, middleware, and digital laboratory workflows.
- For our international RCSC, we are looking for a Junior Application/Technical Specialist (m/f/d) based in Mannheim (DE), Almere (NL) or Vilvoorde (BE).
- Handling application-related, technical, and system-related customer inquiries
- supporting the analysis of issues involving diagnostic systems, laboratory IT and customer workflows
- contributing to solutions for connectivity and interface topics, for example in the areas of LIS, middleware and remote connectivity
- carefully documenting cases and solutions in the CRM system delivering customer and employee trainings
