- We look forward to meeting you! 02 Your task – You will continuously develop the Windows Client and Mobile platform within the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring a stable, secure and modern workplace.
- You are responsible for endpoint management with Microsoft Intune and ensure the standardized and automated provision of clients, applications and configurations.
- You operate and optimize endpoint security, patch management and update processes and consistently implement technical security standards.
- You can manage and optimize core Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
- You will analyze complex technical faults and take care of a structured root cause analysis and sustainable remediation in incident and problem management.
- You are responsible for technical processes around onboarding, offboarding, authorizations, licenses as well as hardware and software provision.
