Application process
- In der Rolle als IT Application Manager CRM arbeitest du in einem agilen Setup und trägst technische Verantwortung.
- Du stellst mit deinen Teamkolleginnen und -kollegen den Betrieb, die Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der CRM-Lösung auf einer modernen OpenShift-Plattform sicher.
- Betreuung der Anwendungslandschaft rund um die CRM-Lösung, inklusive der dazugehörigen Schnittstellen.
- Du bist verantwortlich dafür, dass die bereitgestellten Funktionalitäten im Betrieb reibungslos und performant arbeiten und setzt bei Bedarf entsprechende Verbesserungen um.
- Dabei hast du eine aktive Rolle beim Deployment, dem Betrieb und in der Fehleranalyse.
- Für die Weiterentwicklung der hochkonfigurierbaren BSI-CRM-Lösung analysierst du neue Anforderungen in Abstimmung mit der Business Analyse und erstellst die technische Spezifikation.
- Die konfigurierbaren Anforderungen setzt du anschliessend selbständig um, weitergehende Anpassungen beauftragst du beim Lieferanten.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Owner erstellst du die Anwendungs-Roadmap und lieferst in die CONCORDIA-Releases ein, unter Berücksichtigung aller erforderlichen Qualitätsmerkmale.
