Your tasks

• You are responsible for the personal and telephone support of customers at the reception.
• You help to organize and run events.
• One of your tasks is the versatile, administrative teamwork for the specialist areas.
• In addition, you work on evaluations and statistical data collection.
• You are responsible for the department’s post processing and material management.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed the secondary level II (Matura, specialised secondary school or similar).
• You bring stylish knowledge of German, foreign language skills and a safe handling of MS-Office.
• You are team capable, resilient and communicative.
• You have a precise and independent working method.
