• From A to Z: You draft appeal decisions in the KVG and make legal clarifications in insurance law.
• You prepare legal documents in the KVG and VVG and summarize judgments.
• You will also process cases of the Ombudsman's Health Insurance Office.
• You also check legal opening procedures according to SchKG.
• Every now and then you look outside the box and support our corporate law, make legal clarifications in other areas of law and participate in arbitration negotiations. You bring that with you
• First things first: You bring a university law degree (MLaw).
• You have great interest in social security issues.
• You enjoy writing decisions and legal texts.
• You express yourself very well in German (verbal and written). Maybe you even know French or Italian?
• It is easy for you to work accurately and independently.
