Tasks

• You clarify the professional resources and carry out location determinations with the clients.
• You develop integration strategies and control their implementation process.
• You conduct individual coachings on work-integrative issues.
• You work closely with internal case leaders and partner organizations.
• You seek contact with employers in the first job market and work with them to develop solutions for a sustainable work integration of our clients.
• You write reports and perform administrative tasks.

Requirements

• You bring a Bachelor in Social Work or comparable education.
• Ideally, you have experience in employment, social or human resources.
• You enjoy working with people from different professional and social backgrounds.
• You bring a high degree of initiative with a focus on pragmatic solutions.
• You have no fear of contact with employers and can convince in contact.
• Successful work integration motivates you and difficult integration processes do not get you out of step.
