Integration is your craft? Code is your language? Then you're right with us. We don't build interfaces - we build the platform on which others build. As Senior Java & Integration Engineer, you build a cloud-native integration platform on Azure and Kubernetes together with us, instead of developing individual interfaces for projects. You develop reusable solutions for APIs and events, pre-empt technical standards and support development teams in implementing modern integrations.

That's what your everyday life looks like

• API as Product: You design APIs and events as products with clear ownership, stable krutas and consistent integration via REST and event streaming (e.g. with Kafka). - You define governance planks and automated compliance checks as part of the platform. - As a technical sparring partner, you support our development teams in implementing integrations easily, robustly and to common standards.

You bring this with you

• First of all, you have at least 5 years of experience as a Java Software Engineer and have developed modern applications with Quarcus, Open Liberty or Spring Boot. - You have a good knowledge of integration architectures and design experience of robust interfaces with REST/OpenAPI, SOAP and A SyncAPI. With Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures, you have already implemented productive solutions. - Knowledge of domain-driven design (DDD) is a plus.

Experience with concepts such as Bounded Contexts, Context Maps and Anti-Corruption Layers, as well as an understanding of professional boundaries, complete your profile. - With platform templates, reference implementations, or reusable integration modules, you have already created standards that have benefited multiple teams. - You are happy to share your knowledge and have already supported other teams with high-quality integrations through coaching, mentoring, pair mundel or technical reviews.
