This is what your everyday life looks like

• The centerpiece: You will independently process complex service cases from the areas of our additional hospital insurance (VVG) and carry out medical investigations.
• The cost languages are your responsibility. You clarify, grant or reject sovereignly.
• You check invoices according to VVG with a keen eye, always based on medical documents, tariffs, contracts and economic efficiency.
• For service providers and insured you are available for written and oral questions.
• Thanks to your service standard and your quality standards, we can ensure sustainable customer satisfaction.

You bring that with you

• First things first: You have completed training as a nurse and bring several years of professional experience in the acute hospital.
• Do you also have experience in the performance test of a health insurance? That would definitely be a plus!
• You express yourself very well in German (verbal and written) and are confident in talking to our customers. Maybe you even know French, Italian or English?
• It is easy for you to work accurately and independently.
• You go the extra mile: At times there is a lot to do and you can deal with it.
• Work Flexible: Adapt your work to your lifestyle annually with part-time options and other flexible models like home office and more.
• Choose your holiday model: 5 or 6 weeks holiday? Your decision. Accordingly, you work 41 or 42 hours a week.
