- Align the cyber security architecture with the business strategy of the BIT and thus actively contribute to the further development of the organization
- Architecturally shape the strategic focus "Zero Trust" and develop it together with the agile community
- Advising, empowering and supporting the work organizations in lifecycle management on security issues in their system landscape
- Take an overall view of information security, ensure integration capability – including legacy systems – and develop viable solutions in case of conflicts of objectives with stakeholders
- Provide architectural specifications appropriate to the addressee and provide practical tools for implementation
- In-depth knowledge and ideally practical experience with Zero Trust, Cloud Security and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Pragmatic, structured approach and pleasure in advising different stakeholders and developing solutions together
- Several years of experience in information security or in a comparable role, as well as the ability to communicate complex topics in an understandable and effective way
- Higher technical education (ETH, university, FH) or comparable experience;
- Information security certifications (e.g. CISM, CISSP) are a plus
