Main responsibilities

- You advise and support our employees on administrative issues relating to a wide range of HR topics competently and service-oriented
- As part of the harmonization of HR processes, you are actively involved in the further development of processes and in cooperation with LUKS HR Requirements
- You have a commercial basic education or an equivalent education, a further education as HR assistant / HR assistant or clerk / clerk HR management as well as experience in a comparable administrative HR function.
- We require very good user knowledge in Microsoft 365 and SAP, an HR certificate is an advantage
- They organize different tasks, deadlines and concerns in a structured manner, set priorities in a targeted manner and work efficiently and independently.
