Role overview

For a maternity representation, we are looking for a committed personality as an HR Business Partner for 12 months.

Key requirements

  • Completed studies or equivalent training, ideally supplemented by further HR training, as well as several years of professional experience
  • At least five years of experience in an advisory HR function, ideally in the chemical or pharmaceutical environment

  • Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law and safe application in practice
  • Experience in change management and talent development and the ability to accompany change with clarity and empathy
  • Very good communication skills in German and English Safe handling of MS Office;
  • Experience with SuccessFactors and UKG PeopleDoc is an advantage

  • Advising and supporting executives in all HR and leadership topics
  • Support of central HR processes along the employee life cycle, in particular in the areas of development, talent management, succession planning, performance and consequences management
  • Support for change and organizational projects as well as active participation in implementation
  • Advising managers and employees on employment law issues
  • Design and implementation of trainings and workshops
  • Collaboration in projects and HR initiatives to further develop our HR work
  • Representation of HR in various committees and professional interface to relevant stakeholders
