Company and context
- In this role, you combine leadership, organization and technical understanding and thus make an important contribution to products that are used worldwide in the process industry.
- What tasks will you take on? They shall:
- take over the management of up to 10 employees in 2-shift operations, including employee meetings and the continuous development of the team.
- Ensure day-to-day operations, including employee deployment planning, focus on error-free assembly and active handling of bottlenecks.
- Responsible for meeting the targets in terms of quality, dates and quantities.
- Responsibility for compliance with quality and safety regulations and active implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Perform active shop floor management to control the shift and transparently control targets.

- have completed basic technical training.
- bring at least 3 years of management and professional experience.
