Tasks
- You will continue to develop our real estate and area strategies and successfully implement them together with internal and external partners.
- You will lead the area of real estate and facility management professionally, personnel and strategically and develop your team further.
- You are responsible for the planning, control and realization of demanding construction, renovation and real estate development projects over the entire project life cycle.
- You ensure economical, sustainable and needs-based management of our real estate portfolio and bear budget and cost responsibility.
- You advise the management on strategic real estate issues and maintain a professional stakeholder management with authorities, planners, investors and other stakeholders.
- You promote the continuous development of the department and establish modern, efficient processes in real estate and facility management.
Requirements
- University degree (ETH, FH or university) in real estate management, facility management, architecture, civil engineering or a comparable field of specialization.
- Several years of management and professional experience in real estate or facility management as well as in the management of complex construction or real estate projects.
- In-depth knowledge in the areas of real estate development, portfolio management, client representation and business contexts.
- Strong strategic and conceptual capabilities as well as a strong sense of economic, sustainable and future-oriented solutions.
