Your main tasks are

• Planning, implementation and evaluation of practical training of learners AGS, FaGe and students Care HF/FH
• Individual support and promotion of learners and students in order to achieve their educational objectives
• Accompanying and supporting vocational trainers in residential areas
• Planning and implementation of learning support, work-specific learning days and certificates of competence
• Conducting location and qualification interviews as well as accompaniment in challenging training situations
• Active participation and further development of training quality

You have over

• Completed training as a dipl. Nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent training in the nursing sector
• Completed vocational trainer course as well as a vocational educational qualification (at least 100 hours of learning, e.g. SVEB certificate) or willingness to complete it
• Several years of professional experience in care as HF as well as experience in accompanying learners and students
• Enjoyment of training and promotion of young professionals as well as cooperation with vocational trainers
• Very good organizational and coordination skills as well as high social, self- and methodological competence
• Empathic, communicative and winning personality with pleasure in cooperation and further development
