- You will hold presentations at schools, network with youth meetings and build cooperation with relevant partner organisations.
- Community building is more than just a buzzword for you: you strengthen existing networks, develop new forms of participation and promote a vibrant community.
- Together with young people, you plan and organize the supporting programme in the afternoon, such as learning cafés, workshops or other low-threshold offers.
- At events, you are present as an accompanying person and provide a supportive and connecting atmosphere on several evenings per month. Requirements
- You have a degree, ideally in socio-cultural animation, social work or pedagogy.
- You already have experience in project work and ideally in the youth or cultural sector.
- Young people inspire you.
- You approach them openly and manage to win them over to projects and offers.
