Role overview

Main responsibilities
- Guided tours, promotion and coaching of the 6 employees directly subordinated by participative principles incl. Staff deployment planning
- Responsibility for regional POP measures and the implementation of national and regional sales promotion and market management measures
- Planning and coordination of degu stations, promotions, mall events and national Migros-Sammelpromotions
- Conceptual control of the gift card business within the Migros Luzern (B2B, B2C, advertising measures, ordering, confirmation)
- Responsibility for the digitization of department processes as a PowerUser incl.
- Training, internal training and further training and cooperation in projects
- Representation of the market management including Market editing information, meetings and presentations
Key requirements
