Role overview

As an area manager*in market management, you take a key role in the operational and strategic market management of the Migros Luzern cooperative.

You carry your team on a participative basis, manage effective sales promotion and promotion measures and actively promote the further development and digitization of the department.

Main responsibilities

  • Guided tours, promotion and coaching of the 6 employees directly subordinated by participative principles incl. Staff deployment planning
  • Responsibility for regional POP measures and the implementation of national and regional sales promotion and market management measures
  • Planning and coordination of degu stations, promotions, mall events and national Migros-Sammelpromotions
  • Conceptual control of the gift card business within the Migros Luzern (B2B, B2C, advertising measures, ordering, confirmation)
  • Responsibility for the digitization of department processes as a PowerUser incl.
  • Training, internal training and further training and cooperation in projects
  • Representation of the market management including Market editing information, meetings and presentations

Key requirements

  • Professional experience: professional and management experience in sales promotion, marketing or a comparable function
